In some situations you may offer a $0 subscription or membership (ie. complimentary). For this to be processed, it needs to be entered as a $0 payment, however, by default Profiler won’t allow a payment for $0.
Release Feb 2022 brings an option for detected regular payments/subscriptions that are set as $0.
Setup
Before being able to process the subscription/payment you need to go to the Client > Regular Payments section and set up a new regular payment.
When creating a new setup – you will fill in all the fields as per normal, except for the $ Total amount – this can be set as $0. Click Save Changes and the subscription/membership will be created.
Processing
To process this payment ($0 and roll it over), go to the Client > Regular Payments and on the regular subscription in question click on the “…” menu.
As it is a $0 payment there is an option to Take a $0 payment – click that option. A payment will then be created (like a normal payment) and the regular subscription/membership will be rolled over to the next due date.
