Reading / Interpreting the Subscription Centre numbers

If your site has set up a subscription/membership source code(s) under Setup > System Wide Settings and the Subscription Source Codes tab, you will be then activating the subscription/membership centre in Regular > Subscription Centre

Depending on your different membership/subscriptions types, it will vary from the screen above (as each type is a different row), however, the operation of each row is the same.

You can click on each number and view the individual subscriptions for that section

Active – this is the number of Active regular payments (as set under Clients > Regular Payments) on the source code that you have defined as your subscription centre source code (which is listed at the top of the screen). This value does not take into account the Due Date – purely if they are active or not.

Future – this is the same as Active, but only takes into account any regular payments that are due on this current date and into the future (ignoring any overdues)

Expired (red background) – this will list any subscriptions that have not been paid, but are still active in the months listed (these months are 3 to 4 months ago from the current date)

Now (yellow background) – this will list any subscriptions that have not been paid, but are still active in the months listed, the yellow background lists that they are between 1 and 2 months overdue.

Now (blue background) – this will list any subscriptions that are due in the current month and also next month (not yet due)

Expiring (green background) – this shows the number of subscriptions that are due in the future that will be due for renewal (or will expire) in the months listed

You can click on each number on each row for a breakdown on the type due/expired in the specific month.

The final row is a total of all the different types, so if you want to see all the upcoming/expired subscriptions for a month (or active/due) you can use the values in the final row.
