You can add a widget to your (or any shared) dashboard that can display any transactions inside RAPID that have yet to be processed. This widget does not care on the type of transaction (OLDON, MEM etc), it will show all un-processed transactions.
To add the widget, on the dashboard you wish to add it to, go to Add Widget
In the widget to add, scroll to Integration and on the All Pending RAPID click the add icon for that row.
You will see all the pending RAPID transactions on the widget. You can click on the RPDxxxx number (RAPID Number) and directly be taken to that RAPID processing screen.
