MEM001 – Membership Status Reporting

The Reports > Standard2 Reports > MEM001 Membership Status Report is the main report that can report on Membership and the status of the membership. This is associated with the membership source code(s) as set in Setup > System Wide Settings and the Membership Source Code tab.

Report Criteria Options

There is a number of optional criteria that can set on this report, with all fields optional

  • Membership Status – allows you to select any membership statuses you may have defined ( Setup > Regular Payments > Membership Status), where you can select multiple membership statuses for this report
  • Approved Date – allows the selection (if set) of approval, with the drop down of Equal, Before or After the date you have selected
  • Entered On – allows the selection of the date the membership was entered with the drop down options of Equal, Before or After the date you have selected
  • Removed On – allows the selection of the date that he membership was removed/closed with the drop down of Equal, Before or After

Note that this is not the expiry of the membership, more the date it was set as “removed”

  • Amount (per time) allows you to specify the amount of the membership and each time it is paid (this is helpful for filtering on a specific membership payment)
  • Last Paid allows you to find all memberships that were last paid Equal To, Before or After the date specified
  • Next Due allows you to find all memberships that are next due Equal To, Before or After the date specified.

There is some optional criteria that can also be included these are:

  • Inactive Clients – include clients who are now deemed inactive
  • Run Against Browse List Clients – only run the report against clients who are currently in your browse list rather than the entire client base
  • Show Expired Memberships – show memberships that are now deemed expired (under Client > Regular Payments) – by default, expired memberships will not be shown
Specific Report Output Fields

Along with the standard client output fields, this report can return results that are specific to the membership process. These are:

  • Membership Status – as set by Setup > Regular Payments > Membership Status
  • Status – if the membership is Active or Inactive
  • Entered Date – the date the membership was entered to the Profiler system
  • Approved Date – if set, the date the membership was set as approved
  • Last Paid Date – will show the date the membership was last paid
  • Next Due Date – will show the date the membership is next due
  • Payment Method – will show how the payment was last paid
  • $ Total (per time) – will show how much each time the membership is ($)
