Customising Terms for Financial/Unfinancial Members/Subscriptions

You can customise the terms when using the Subscription Centre/Membership Centre when seeing the clients as Financial and Unfinancial.

  • A Financial client means that the client has a current Active Subscription/Membership.
  • A Unfinancial client means that the client has a lapsed Subscription/Membership
  • A Never Had client means that the client has never had a subscription/membership ever.

You can change these 3 terms to suit your organisation needs, and you can do this at Setup > Generic Parameters > Client Screen Settings and scrolling to the Terminology section.

In this section you can rename the Financial, Unfinancial and Never fields by simply putting the values into the appropriate fields. When you have finished scroll down and click Save Changes

If using Secondary Categories for the display of the Financial / Unfinancial state, this data will not be updated to the new terminology until overnight.
