You can set up that when all new (or existing) MEM payments are created via RAPID, a task or task workflow can be triggered. This might be helpful if you wish to send members as information pack etc.
This task is a standard Profiler Client Task but is initiated on MEM/Membership payments. You can set up Task Types at Setup > Client > Tasks – Type & Workflow
Assigning the Task Type for Memberships/MEM on RAPID
To define the default task that will be enabled for online MEM payments go to Setup > Integration > General Integration Settings

In the MEM Task Launch field, select the Task you wish to launch, and then scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. This defines the task to be assigned when a new MEM payment is processed
Launching/Processing the MEM Task
When processing (after matching to a client) in RAPID, you will notice the Task Creation section of RAPID

This will be pre-selected with the set Task Type (as set above), and allowing you to set a number of options related to the task (who is responsible etc), the Task Text will initially be pulled from the Comments (if any) that were made as part of the RAPID website transaction.
Adjust any of the values as needed, along with any of the payment information below the task section, and choose Create Membership
The task will then be created and set to the first “In Progress” status that is in the list for the task.
