When creating a broadcast agreement, you can choose to assign this to a list of defined Agency clients. This list of clients are available in the selection by assigning a role code to those clients.
Define the Role
- Go to the Sales > General Setup Module
- In the drop-down selection “Role for Agency Dropdown” – select the role code you wish to define as an Agency
- Go to the Client/Agency that you wish to have added to the agency dropdown, and the Roles tab
- Add the role to that client as per the Step 1 – as the defined role, and click Save Changes
- You will then be able to select that client as an Agency on the Dropdown when creating and editing a Campaign on any client.
